Privacy Policy
Last updated: 11 June 2026
Short version: Tower Defence collects nothing. It does not gather, store, transmit, share, or sell any personal data. There are no ads, no analytics, no trackers, no accounts, and the game does not require internet access to play.
1. Who we are
This privacy policy applies to the mobile game Tower Defence (package name com.opzekerit.towerdefence), published on Google Play by Opzeker IT. If you have any questions, contact us at thijs@opzeker.it.
2. Data we collect
None. Tower Defence does not collect or process any personal or sensitive user data. Specifically, the app does not:
- collect names, email addresses, or contact details;
- collect location, device identifiers, or advertising IDs;
- use analytics, crash reporting, or tracking SDKs;
- show advertisements;
- require an account or login.
3. Data stored on your device
Your game progress — such as completed levels, unlocked skills, settings, and achievements — is saved locally on your own device only. This data never leaves your device, is never sent to us or any third party, and is removed when you uninstall the app.
4. Permissions
The app requests no special device permissions and has no network access. It does not read your files, contacts, camera, microphone, or location.
5. Children's privacy
Tower Defence is suitable for a general audience, including children. Because the app collects no personal data whatsoever, it collects no data from children either. The app complies with the Google Play Families Policy and applicable children's privacy laws (including COPPA and GDPR-K). There are no in-app purchases and no ads.
6. Third-party services
The game itself integrates no third-party services or SDKs. The app is distributed through Google Play; any data handling related to the purchase and download of the app is governed by Google's own privacy policy and is outside our control.
7. Your rights
Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export, or delete. You remain in full control of the locally stored game data, which you can clear at any time by clearing the app's data or uninstalling it.
8. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Material changes will be reflected before they take effect.
