Claimr — Account deletion

Delete your account

Deleting your Claimr account permanently removes your profile, nickname, avatar, all territory blocks, flags and statistics. This cannot be undone.

Option 1 — request by e-mail

Send an e-mail to claimr@opzeker.it from the e-mail address of your Claimr account with the subject “Delete my Claimr account”.

We verify that the request comes from the account's own address and process it within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation once completed.

Option 2 — in the app

Open Claimr and go to Me → Settings
Choose Delete account and confirm

If you don't see this option yet, update to the latest version or use option 1.

What is deleted

Account (e-mail & credentials), profile (nickname, country, avatar), all owned map blocks and flags, and gameplay statistics. Nothing is retained except minimal records we are legally required to keep (none at present).
