Claimr is a location-based walking game by Opzeker IT (Netherlands). This policy explains what data the app collects, why, and what your rights are.

Data is stored in a Supabase (PostgreSQL) database hosted in the European Union (eu-central-1). All traffic between the app and the server is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS.
Your account data and territory are kept while your account exists. If you delete your account, your profile, territory blocks, flags and statistics are permanently removed.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, visit the account deletion page or e-mail us at claimr@opzeker.it. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
Claimr is not directed at children under 13. Because claimed territory reveals areas where you have walked, we recommend the game for ages 13 and up, with parental awareness for minors.
If this policy changes materially, we will update this page and note the date above.
